Responsibilities

Maintain and perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of network uptime of the client is 100%

Handle incidents & provide root cause analysis while adhering to SLA processes

Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access

Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses

May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software

All of the above duties will be performed using Switching, Routing, Firewall, & Wireless

Required

Experience in maintaining and performing system monitoring

Experience in controlling user access

Experience in installing and upgrading software and maintaining software licenses

Ability to assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software

Experience with Switching, Routing, Firewall, & Wireless
