Responsibilities

Coordinate vendors, consultants, and internal IT/business teams for successful project execution
Oversee proposal and RFP development, project documentation, and procurement processes
Manage day-to-day project activities, tracking progress on schedule, budget, and risks
Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors
Ensure consistent project delivery through planning, execution, and transition to operations
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans
Apply best practices in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Promote a positive project culture with strong leadership and communication

Required

PMP Certification (PMI) – mandatory requirement
Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects
Strong knowledge of SaaS/cloud-hosted implementations and procurement processes
Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Office Suite
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred

Experience with state-level project management or PMO methodologies
