Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (insurance agents, property managers, contractors, etc.)
Prospect and cold call new clients to grow restoration business leads
Conduct marketing visits, presentations, and networking events
Track and report results using CRM software
Work closely with internal restoration and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Comfortable working independently and on a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Preferred experience in restoration or construction
