Responsibilities

Working in an active and dynamic practice that touches all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, and motions practice
Handle assigned cases while at the same time having access to the knowledge and experience of seasoned litigators
Collaborate to analyze and strategize how to handle each case
Investigate, conduct research, and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure in order to defend clients and reach a successful resolution of each matter
Work collaboratively and cooperatively with, including oversight and direction of, junior lawyers, paralegals, legal practice assistants, and staff

Required

At least 3 to 5 years of toxic tort, talc or product liability litigation-related experience
Must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Candidates must be licensed in California and be in good standing
Ability to travel for depositions, court appearances, and other proceedings as necessary
