Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain role-based certification programs, learning paths, and training materials
Deliver live and virtual training sessions; manage LMS enrollments, assessments, and tracking
Develop KPIs and reports to measure certification program effectiveness and adoption
Manage content governance and version control for SOPs, WIs, and related documentation
Collaborate with teams to drive communication, adoption, and continuous improvement
Light travel up to 20% may be required

Qualification

PMO experiencePMP certificationLearning & DevelopmentMicrosoft OfficePower BISharePointVisioContinuous improvementProject management skills

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Learning & Development, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and Visio

Preferred

Master's preferred
PMP certification preferred
PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Prosci certification a plus
