Responsibilities
Support month-end financial processes, including preparing adjustments, performing reconciliations, and conducting ad-hoc analyses
Investigate and resolve data quality issues by collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions
Lead initiatives to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization
Manage and report on key metrics, oversee project management activities, and contribute to the development of future reporting frameworks
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and drives productive problem-solving
Simplify reporting processes and enhance transparency for stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Controllers, and Technology—to implement and communicate reporting changes
Qualification
Required
BS/MA degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent experience
+8 years of relevant work experience
Advanced working experience with Microsoft Excel
Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
