Responsibilities
Serve as the Uber Tech Lead for strategic initiatives across Moloco Ads
Drive the conception and launch of new ad capabilities by leading and aligning stakeholders across product, ML, and engineering
Shape the technical and career growth of engineers across multiple teams
Lead strategic thinking around SDK evolution, ad delivery systems, creative optimization, and publisher integrations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Leader across multiple teams, ideally in adtech
Background in consumer-facing Ads, especially in areas like: Brand Ads, Shopping or Retail Ads, Fintech, Freemium, or Consumer Apps Ad ecosystems
Strong familiarity with platform-scale ad tech, such as supply, real-time bidding, user segmentation, campaign optimization, innovative ad formats and creatives
Excellent systems design and coding skills; comfortable navigating cross-org complexity and distributed infrastructure
10+ years of hands-on software development experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven track record as the technical lead for large, multi-quarter engineering initiatives that shape org-wide strategy
Experience building new business initiatives and subsequent technical strategies in collaboration with x-fns (PM, UX, Business) and multiple engineering teams
Strong high-level system design capabilities
Preferred
Built or worked with: DSPs, SSPs, Mediation Layers, or Ads Exchanges
Ad SDKs (development and/or integration)
Track record from top adtech companies (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk)
Experience operating as an engineering thought partner to Product and Business teams
