Mentor and support associate attorneys in mastering healthcare revenue cycle law
Develop and deliver internal and external legal training sessions
Provide written insights and legal commentary for clients and industry partners
Represent providers in administrative appeals for denied insurance claims
Develop persuasive legal arguments and write compelling appeal letters
Leverage provider manuals and managed care contracts to dispute denials
Collaborate closely with provider reps and internal resolution teams
Identify industry trends and contribute to strategic recovery initiatives
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and broader business objectives
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and legal best practices
