Responsibilities
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our software and solutions in our training centers and on the job
Configuration, installation, and training at customer sites and virtually
Analysis of customer requirements and environment
Design end-to-end solutions to meet customer needs using the Papyrus platform products
Presentation of the Papyrus system to technical and managerial audiences
Perform project management duties
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years experience of enterprise software project-based experience, working in IT organizations
Experience in Cloud, UNIX and Windows environments
Good knowledge of an object-orientated programming language
Proven report writing, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a passion for learning and is capable of working independently
Must be willing to travel up to 20% of working time. international travel is required
US work authorization (Required)
English language is a requirement
Preferred
Bachelor's (Preferred). IT software experience requisite
