Responsibilities
Assemble conveyances using Bosch aluminum and Fastube materials
Use power tools, saws, blades and other forms of equipment to assemble conveyances
Use screws, bolts, connectors, measuring tools, etc. to complete conveyance assembly
Read tape measure and identify correct material to cut for future conveyance assembly
Read and understand blueprints of specific conveyances
Understand, learn and adhere to the safe operation of equipment
Maintain constant communication to ensure conveyance changes and completion times are met
Pull appropriate parts to keep up with conveyance demand
Maintain workflow in organized queue
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
Be proactive by maintaining a clean work area that is free of hazards
Cross-train with other departments to become efficient with all warehouse task
Safely move carts to designated areas to assure quality and protection

Qualification
Required
Ability to follow general assembly instructions and specifications
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor employment visas at this time
Ability to use power tools
Ability to follow direction given by the departments manager
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service
Have excellent ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Ability to work in fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Regular and reliable attendance
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Standing/walking/bending for extended periods of time
Occasionally work in cramped and awkward positions
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled warehouse
Preferred
1 year construction experience preferred but not required
Experience operating equipment such as a forklift, saws, drills, hammers etc. preferred but not required
Interpersonal skills; ability to foster teamwork and motivate/coach others
