Responsibilities
Work closely with a team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and business partners to transform the experience for customers
Shape the product strategy and develop, launch, and enhance payments experiences that cater to consumer, small business, and commercial personas across lending and deposit products
Blend digital design with backend integration to provide customers the ability to transact in real time with straight-through processing
Analyze problems, develop simple and intuitive solutions, and work with agile teams to deliver user experiences using the latest technologies
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
