Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for strategic cloud partner initiatives. Ensures critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional launch teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manages senior level project/program communication and status reporting. Reduce departmental silos to increase collaboration and productivity
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic launch plans
Embrace the challenge of working in an evolving and nascent process. Demonstrate a passion for iteration and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience working in a program/project management capacity, alliance management for AWS or Google partnerships, or similar role
Strong understanding of Cloud Marketplaces, SaaS go-to-market strategies, and cloud economics
Seasoned team player that manages and alleviates (instead of running from) persistent obstacles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
Experience owning a program/ portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communications are paramount
Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team
Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make logical, timely decisions
Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment
Preferred
PMI or Agile Alliance (or equivalent) certification preferred
M&A and SaaS experience
