They are seeking MBA or master’s students for a full-time summer internship on their Product Management team, where interns will engage in the software development process and collaborate with engineers and designers on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities
Drive the execution of a specific product initiative. Be the driving force that keeps attention on a complex problem until we arrive at an acceptable solution
Dig into details and “go-and-see” how customers are using the product and what their challenges are, and prioritize what Rippling should build to help them
Work closely with engineers and designers to scope, refine and launch
Collaborate across teams, including Sales, Support, and Marketing, to align on product direction and rollout strategy
Learn and practice product development in a real-world, high-growth SaaS environment
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an MBA or master's-level program with an anticipated graduation date in 2027
A minimum of 2 years full-time work experience
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Prior exposure to tech, software, or startup environments through work, projects, or side ventures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work cross-functionally and with ambiguity
To thrive in understanding complexity quickly, and transforming it into simple user experiences
Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly 'Push the limits of possible', 'Challenge directly', and 'Go and see'
