2026 Summer Intern-Construction Management

Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is a prime contractor for the US Department of Energy, responsible for managing the Savannah River Site's Liquid Waste operations. The Construction Management Intern will support the F tank farm project team by developing and tracking schedule activities, assessing task readiness, and performing field walk downs to identify and resolve issues.

Environmental Services

Responsibilities

Support and work with F tank farm project team to develop and track schedule activities within the 90 day look ahead
Track work window activities for CN focusing on starts, finishes, durations and challenges presented with remaining on track
Assess task readiness related to work order/supporting document approvals and material availability
Perform field walk downs of construction area to determine progress and identify/resolve issues

Required

Candidate must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited four-year university, and currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar
Must have completed their Sophomore year
Must pass General Employment Training (GET)
Must pass Drug and Alcohol Testing (DAT)
A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
A valid Driver's License, Registration and proof of automobile insurance is required for driving on the Savannah River Site
Good understanding of the basic Microsoft programs
