Responsibilities
Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual global tax provisions, including federal, state, international, and joint venture components
Partnering closely with Tax Managers and leadership to calculate effective tax rates, analyze tax impacts, and prepare supporting documentation in line with ASC 740 (training available if needed)
Assisting with U.S. federal and state income tax compliance for corporate and partnership entities
Helping to resolve audit matters and ensure tax positions are appropriately documented and supported
Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives as the tax department continues to grow and modernize
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax (CPA a plus but not required)
3–5 years of relevant experience; a combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience preferred, but public-only candidates are welcome
Exposure to large-company environments (ideally $500M+ in revenue)
Experience with tax software such as ONESOURCE or similar systems
Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a process-oriented mindset
A proactive, curious approach—someone who enjoys improving systems and digging into details
