Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and transfer to manufacturing of Infinera’s Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC) products
Manage multiple critical path activities at the same time
Work cross-functionally with optoelectronic packaging, assembly and Analog ASIC design teams
Technically communicate with team members and up-level key messages/requirements
Develop and manage risk assessments over project lifecycles
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
Qualification
Required
Doctor's degree (e.g PhD)
Significant experience with Photonic devices, especially for InP based devices
Familiar with device fabrication and manufacturing
Ability to manage multiple critical path activities at the same time
Ability to work cross-functionally with optoelectronic packaging, assembly and Analog ASIC design teams
Ability to technically communicate with team members and up-level key messages/requirements
Ability to develop and manage risk assessments over project lifecycles
Ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules
