Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their asset monitoring and maintenance needs, positioning Smart Trac as a leading solution
Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the technical advantages and ROI of Smart Trac
Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, track client interactions, and report on sales progress
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor Smart Trac solutions to client-specific requirements
Provide technical consultations and responses to RFPs and RFIs
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape in asset tracking and maintenance technology
Gather client feedback for continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in asset monitoring, IoT, or related technology sectors

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and close sales
