Responsibilities

Manage Part Return Process - reduce Scrap, optimize Repair/Reuse and enhance Supplier Recoveries
Review Dealer / Depot submissions on part quality & packaging issues and have follow-up call with initiators to review product & manufacturing issues
Pareto all issues, stratify into commodities and develop KPI reports to showcase trends – Non-Conformance Tickets are maintained & closed
Using KPI reports, work with suppliers on trends, establish root causes and recommend corrective actions – PRODUCT/PROCESS/PACKAGING
Execute corrective actions by working with all suppliers, internal stakeholders, tracking impact of actions taken, including Non-Conformance Tickets issued, Field Quality Control Messages and $ value of cost recoveries
