Responsibilities
Manage a team of engineers that own the developer experience for our most experienced developers
Drive the strategy, vision and roadmap of delivering a first-class developer experience for internal and external creators
Plan and deliver complex technical features E2E in our game engine and in the Studio UI that will allow internal engineers and external creators to thrive
Work cross functionally, across teams and technology platforms to deliver high quality and amazing user functionality
Lead by example and grow engineers to reach their true potential
Participate in building the world's best professional application for massively multiplayer game development
Qualification
Required
At least 8+ years of professional experience
2+ years of managing teams of engineers
Experience working on toolchains to improve and empower developers
Experience building tools used by top developers
Experience with game engines
A degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Proven track record leading multiple related projects simultaneously
Ability to earn respect and help engineers stretch themselves to build great software
Experience in mentoring others to excel
