People Operations Assistant
MeshyAI is a leading 3D generative AI company headquartered in Silicon Valley, focused on transforming the content creation pipeline. The People Operations Assistant will support recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities
Partner with our technical recruiters to schedule and manage interviews across global time zones
Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring data with precision and speed
Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process
Assist in sourcing and posting jobs across platforms to reach top talent
Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and background check documents
Coordinate onboarding schedules, introductions, and new hire logistics
Support offboarding workflows, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Support HR compliance documentation and internal audits (PEO, payroll, benefits, etc.)
Assist in policy updates and process optimization for HR efficiency
Help design and execute employee engagement programs and recognition events
Support internal communication and HR announcements on Slack and Feishu
Contribute ideas to make Meshy a more inspiring and connected workplace
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Smart, detail-oriented, and relentlessly curious — you love figuring things out
Strong ownership mindset — you don't wait for instructions; you make things happen
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Prior experience with HR tools (Greenhouse, Gusto, Lark/Feishu) is a plus
