Responsibilities

Lead and support Capital Project initiatives across various sites, specializing in High Speed Bottling, Secondary Packaging, Finished Goods Storage, and Pallet handling Systems

Provide Engineering and Technical expertise to support the High Speed Bottling, Secondary Packaging, Finished Goods Storage, and Pallet handling Operations, and as well as other Engineering Disciplines

Set up each improvement project in PPT, ensuring all team members are added and assigned tasks completed to keep projects on time and under budget

Drive toward continuous improvement, growth, efficiency and cost savings

Ensure High Speed Bottling, Secondary Packaging, Finished Goods Storage, and Pallet handling Systems operations meet regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA and TTB regulations

Participate in the PDS process, meeting expectations for reporting on learnings and using feedback from the process to ensure optimal outcomes for the role

Design safety into all new bottling installations

Be the Subject Matter Expert in High-Speed Bottling, Secondary Packaging, Finished Goods Storage, and Pallet Handling Systems

Assess current Bottling Plants to identify gaps and develop world-class solutions

Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for High-Speed Bottling, Secondary Packaging, Finished Goods Storage, and Pallet Handling systems, equipment, and methods

Meet and exceed customer expectations through the support of High Speed Bottling, Secondary Packaging, Finished Goods Storage, and Pallet handling equipment and systems to deliver product on time within budget and to meet quality specifications

Collaborate with operations leadership to identify improvements in High-Speed Bottling, Secondary Packaging, Finished Goods Storage, and Pallet Handling Systems, and develop long-term plans for each location

Required

Excellent Knowledge of Engineering within High Speed Bottling Systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with remote teams

Bachelor's degree or better

Experience leading Capital Improvements, change management, and Process improvement Projects

Ability to travel up to 50%

Experience leading cross functional teams

Preferred

3 years implementation or project management experience

5 years implementation or project management experience

Ba/bs degree in process, systems, electrical or mechanical engineering or related discipline

7 years' experience in engineering preferably within the hygienic process industries (brewing, distilling, food, pharmaceutical, health & beauty)

PMP, PfMP, PgMP, lean 6 sigma or other project management experience and certification

Experience writing and developing technical documents and company standards

Experience in distilled spirits processing, packaging, and finished goods storage
