Inside Sales / Account Manager (Graduation Market)

Taylor Corporation is a dynamic, diversified company with big plans for the future. They are seeking an Inside Sales / Account Manager to support their growing adult graduation market by building relationships, managing accounts, and helping schools plan successful graduation programs.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with assigned high schools and colleges
Serve as the primary point of contact from introduction through ongoing account management
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products and services
Support new customer development through outbound calls and inbound lead follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience
Prepare quotes, assist with forecasting, and contribute to sales planning efforts
Maintain accurate records and organize account activity
Provide thoughtful recommendations to customers based on their needs and goals

Required

2+ years of experience in sales or account management roles; preferably working with high schools and/or colleges
Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and virtual meetings
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
Strong communication and listening skills
Self-motivated and reliable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable reaching out to new prospective customers as part of ongoing account development

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience working with schools, nonprofits, or education-focused clients
Familiarity with graduation-related products (caps, gowns, diploma materials, etc.)
Experience in relationship-based sales or client management environments
