New Grad, Entry LevelPrimis Bank is seeking a Business Development Agent (BDA) to join their sales team. The BDA will be responsible for creating and maintaining new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media, while also meeting with prospective clients in various industries.

Build and carry out strategic initiatives meant to bring new clients to the Bank
Meet with perspective new clients within the industry, such as but not limited to: Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners, Attorneys (Divorce Attorneys, Closing Attorneys, Elder Law), Title Agents, Insurance Providers, Banks /Credit Unions, Property Managers, Builders, Human Resource Departments, Relocation Companies, Clients
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
Stay abreast of industry changes
Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, SAR, CTR, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, EEO, and fair employment practices
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Experience working in the real estate and mortgage industry
Appropriate state licenses, if required
Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Personable and able to display high levels of customer service
Organized and willing to follow a proven system
Self-Motivated and shows initiative
Driven by results and metrics
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
