Prepare proposals and solutions tailored to customer requirements
Organize, review, and submit accurate bid documentation and cost estimates
Identify and develop new sales leads, qualify prospects, and make proactive sales calls
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards
Engage in cold-calling campaigns targeting prospective clients
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC sales or technical experience
