Responsibilities

Reviews collateral data input to the core banking system and makes appropriate updates as needed

Reviews and forwards mortgages, UCC-Financial Statements, titles to appropriate vendors for recording with applicable entities

Reviews and forwards insurance documentation as it applies to collateral for adequate coverage

Prepares payoff requests, ensuring all appropriate fees and balances are disclosed to the customer

Prepares satisfaction pieces according to established procedures

Performs tasks, which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances

Regular and predictable attendance is required

A high school diploma or equivalent

Loan processing
