Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a distributed Sales Operations team, building consistency in process, reporting, and execution across regions
Partner closely with FP&A, Product, and Marketing to align data, strategy, and pipeline targets
Drive true sales and marketing alignment, ensuring shared metrics and smooth handoffs across the funnel
Champion data integrity and operational hygiene, turning our systems into a single source of truth
Create standardized sales stages, naming conventions, and guardrails for opportunity management
Improve conversion rates and forecast accuracy, bringing more predictability and confidence to the business
Consolidate business practices across teams, aligning how we plan, track, and measure success
Serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, translating insights into strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Experienced leading Sales or Revenue Operations in a global, fast-moving environment
Strong collaborator who enjoys working across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales
Obsessed with data integrity, process improvement, and predictable growth
Hands-on, curious, and calm under pressure — the kind of leader who can see both the details and the big picture
