Responsibilities
Conduct professional in-home and on-site consultations with potential buyers
Translate a client’s vision into a stunning reality by designing custom Gunite (concrete) pools, spas, and complete outdoor living environments
Utilize professional 3D design software (e.g., Pool Studio) to create compelling, detailed visual renderings and proposals
Close high-ticket sales efficiently and professionally
Master the art of demonstrating how the company's national scale and superior construction standards deliver the best long-term value to the customer
Actively engage in self-generation of leads through networking, builder relationships, and community engagement to supplement the many leads provided by the company
Develop a working knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and new residential developments in your market
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in a high-ticket, commission-driven environment (e.g., home improvement, custom remodeling, or luxury products)
Demonstrated history or ability to prospect and generate leads independently is highly valued
A strong eye for design and aesthetics
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a polished presence
Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined to manage a large, active sales pipeline and territory independently
Preferred
Familiarity with the swimming pool industry, particularly the benefits and construction phases of Gunite/Concrete pools, is desirable
Prior experience with 3D design software is a significant advantage
