Senior Accountant
AccruePartners is a private equity-backed national market leader in specialty commercial services. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee general ledger activities, support financial close processes, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities
General ledger & close activities working with journal entries and account reconciliations
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Prepare internal financial reports and schedules for leadership and auditors
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and U.S. GAAP
Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing requested documentation
Assist in onboarding acquired companies into the accounting system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
Collaborative and proactive with excellent communication skills
Preferred
Public accounting, multi-entity, construction, distribution, manufacturing, or specialty contracting industry experience preferred
