Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed
Assist with night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experiences

Required

Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is mandatory
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred

Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. (FOSSE)
