Responsibilities

Set the vision and direction for the National Market Client Success team, ensuring strategies align with overall company objectives and revenue goals
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of ~20, including 5 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Act as executive sponsor for multiple large accounts, strengthening C-level relationships, influencing client strategies, and ensuring successful renewals and expansions
Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing client lifetime value
Establish scalable processes and best practices to manage a large, complex book of business efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics, shaping strategies that position the company as the partner of choice for enterprise clients
Anticipate risks in client relationships and market shifts, proactively driving solutions that safeguard and expand business

Required

Proven experience (15+ years) in client-facing leadership roles, ideally within healthcare technology, benefits, or adjacent industries
Demonstrated success leading large client portfolios that drive the majority of company revenue
Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, growth-oriented organizations
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently at the C-suite level and influence client decision-making
Deep understanding of enterprise client needs, with the ability to drive strategic account management and renewal/upsell strategies
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves, operate at both the strategic and tactical levels, and thrive in an evolving environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
