Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of Avaya phone system, Avaya voicemail system, Avaya Call Accounting System (Adds, moves, changes, etc.)
Coordinate and provide dial tone, data services for all events at both facilities
Administer and generate call accounting reports on long-distance usage for events and in-house calling
Installation and termination on CAT 6, CAT 5, CAT 3, RJ-11, RJ-45, Fiber, and Coax throughout both facilities
Assist IT and Telecom Technicians as necessary
Problem resolution and troubleshooting on all of the above
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must successfully pass a criminal background check
Must be at least 18 years of age
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
3-5 years of related experience is mandatory
