District Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, coach and mentor a team of 5 Corporate ESR's focused on the SMB segment
Drive outbound activity and execution of marketing-led campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
Collaborate closely with the Director of High Touch to align ESR efforts with territory plans and quarterly goals
Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are met and demand gen campaigns are actioned
Track and report on key performance metrics using Salesforce and other reporting tools
Continually optimize outreach strategies and messaging based on data and results
Hire, onboard, and develop top ESR talent, creating a culture of performance, learning, and growth
Develop and uplevel team selling abilities through consistent focus on enablement, solution selling and metric improvements. Build and refine sales runbooks and scripts
Accurately forecast commits by month and quarter and deliver attainment to quarterly and annual sales targets
Lead and mentor impactful sellers through sales and account management motions
Drive sales process, repeatability, deal hygiene, forecast accuracy, and close opportunities effectively across a team of reports
Successfully able to address complex challenges and remove blockers, enabling ESET to better serve our customers and drive scalable deal to execution
Infuse ESET best interest, values, and process into all internal/external meetings
Hold regular 1x1s with team members, maintaining open and transparent communication
Demonstrate industry expertise, thought leadership, grasp of macro-economic environment and be a trusted advisor
Manage expectations for leadership against pipeline with accuracy and dependability
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience successfully leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within cybersecurity or enterprise software sectors
At least 7 years of proven success in enterprise software sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales, with a strong command of virtual selling techniques and team enablement
Proven ability to lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, resulting in high-value (6- and 7-figure) subscription-based deals
Experience driving best practices in a channel or distributor environment
Record of high performance in consistently meeting and exceeding team sales goals (while also supporting direct reports to success)
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Coaching level knowledge of Gap Selling, Sandler, Challenger, or other sales methodologies
Highly collaborative with the ability to lead in matrixed environment
Ability to sell internally just as effectively as externally to help teams win
Ability to recruit, mentor, develop and retain top talent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in Sales Leadership roles will be considered
