Responsibilities
Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support operational, financial, and strategic goals
Develop and deliver management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to enable informed business decisions
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and analytical tools to meet evolving business needs
Collaborate across departments to provide insights that improve business performance
Uphold company values, demonstrate accountability, and contribute to a culture of high performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Experience leading a remote team or managing offshore analysts
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Must be able to read and speak Mandarin fluently
