Responsibilities

Performing a wide array of Water Business Line planning, modeling and design projects for Garver's clients in Texas
Distribution systems, including conveyance and network piping, pump stations, storage units and reservoirs
Collection systems, including interceptor, network and outfall piping, pump stations
Work closely with clients to ensure quality deliverables are met efficiently
Effectively communicate with internal and external clients one-on-one, as a group or in a presentation setting
Steer a team of junior project engineers and CAD Technicians to accomplish design, budget and project requirements
Gain marketing and project management experience

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Water/wastewater design experienceODEQ regulations familiarityMS Office SuiteWaterCAD experienceSewerCAD experienceCivil3D experienceMaster's degreeDesign/build experienceCommunications skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
15 or more years of related water/wastewater design experience
Familiarity with ODEQ regulations
Strong communications skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook

Preferred

WaterCAD, SewerCAD or Civil3D experience
Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering
Design/build experience
