Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive segmentation strategy for the government sector, identifying high-value opportunities across agencies, programs, and regions
Lead competitive, market, and policy analyses to inform investment priorities and innovation strategies
Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that align PrePass’s technology leadership with government safety and efficiency objectives
Create and operationalize go-to-market plans for government initiatives, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, sales, and partner ecosystems
Collaborate with Product Management to align roadmap priorities with government market needs and compliance standards
Partner cross-functionally to build processes, capabilities, and systems that drive consistent execution and measurable business impact aligned with the PrePass mission
Serve as a key strategic liaison between PrePass and public sector partners, including transportation agencies, enforcement bodies, and policy stakeholders
Represent PrePass at government and industry forums, shaping dialogue on safety, technology, and compliance
Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention
Drive continuous improvement in how PrePass engages and delivers value to government customers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership within the government sector
Strong understanding of government agencies, regulations, and compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive market strategies
Experience in conducting competitive, market, and policy analyses
Ability to craft compelling value propositions and messaging
Experience in creating and operationalizing go-to-market plans
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
Experience in stakeholder engagement with public sector partners
Ability to define and monitor KPIs and success metrics
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in customer engagement
Preferred
Experience in the transportation industry
Familiarity with connected transportation technology
Experience representing an organization at government and industry forums
