Responsibilities

Own all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Collaborate with VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making

Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements

Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies

Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners

Partner with leadership to evaluate financial performance, KPIs, and investment opportunities

Drive process improvements and implement systems to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy

Support fundraising, investor reporting, and board presentations with clear financial insights
