The Lead Strategy Consultant will act as an internal consultant, providing guidance and governance for enterprise-wide programs and projects while supporting the Vice President of Corporate Strategy with comprehensive planning aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and governance for programs and projects that span the enterprise (this includes conducting strategy workshops, content development support, developing standards and best practices, monitoring progress, and driving projects forward)
Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives
Build credibility and rapport with the stakeholders at multiple levels
Identify process efficiencies by analyzing, re-engineering, and improving business processes across work streams within the organization
Support the Vice President, Corporate Strategy with comprehensive corporate strategic planning aligned with the company’s long term goals and objectives
Assisting with additional projects and activities as determined
Lead and conduct analysis to:
Identify trends
Characterize operational situations and financial implications
Develop hypotheses and recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least 9 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 5 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
At least 12 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
