Responsibilities

Enter, track and reconcile shipments and purchase orders across ecommerce platforms

Monitor shipment progress and troubleshoot carrier or delivery issues

Process inventory adjustments, reimbursements, removals, and discrepancy claims

Review listings and inventory data to identify and investigate discrepancies

Create and track support cases related to inventory, pricing and fulfillment

Assist Ecommerce Team with support cases and miscellaneous tasks

Demonstrated precision in reviewing and validating work, ability to identify and correct errors

Strong oral and written communication skills

Self-driven and results-oriented

Curious and collaborative

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
