Responsibilities
Develop and design print and digital assets including packaging, sell sheets, social media content, presentations, and trade show materials
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create impactful visual materials that support product launches and brand campaigns
Maintain brand standards across all creative outputs, ensuring design consistency across multiple product lines
Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and accuracy
Assist with product photography, photo editing, and asset organization
Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of professional design experience (CPG or food & beverage industry experience preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or video editing is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio demonstrating creative range and design expertise
Preferred
CPG or food & beverage industry experience preferred
Experience with After Effects or video editing is a plus
