Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for their California territory. The role involves managing the Mold and Die team, achieving revenue goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed annual revenue targets for assigned territory

Generate sales revenues by performing software demonstrations to existing and prospective customers

Work with OEM and Reseller Channels to maximize sales and assist in software demonstrations

Evaluate customer needs and develop corresponding solutions across multiple aspects of the customer’s requirements

Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels

Work collaboratively with all available resources including Applications Engineers, Marketing, Inside Sales and others to identify, advance, and close sales

Provide customer feedback to Development for new product innovations and product development

Act as point of contact and provide support to customers before and after the sale

Qualification

MoldDie Software SalesCNC Machining KnowledgeSalesforce ExperienceDocumented Software SalesIndependent Work

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience selling mold and die software in a manufacturing environment

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience

Documented software sales experience

Travel requirements – up to 50%

Ability to work independently, self-starter

Preferred

Knowledge of CNC Machining

Salesforce experience
