Associate Professor and Elizabeth and David Daigle Professorship in Finance

Teach introductory finance and electives in related areas such as investments, corporate finance, international finance/economics, financial institutions and markets, or financial modeling
Demonstrate a continuing commitment to a coherent research agenda
Interact productively with the extensive network of successful alums who have positions of responsibility in finance and other areas of business
Contribute to the enhancement of programs at the undergraduate and graduate level
Qualification
Required
Doctorate degree from a nationally or internationally recognized program in finance or economics
Established record that includes high-quality publications
Demonstrate a continuing commitment to a coherent research agenda
Record that demonstrates potential for excellence in the classroom
Commitment to continued excellence in UVM's undergraduate and graduate programs
Ability to teach introductory finance and electives in a related area such as investments, corporate finance, international finance/economics, financial institutions and markets, or financial modeling
Ability to interact productively with the extensive network of successful alums
