Cuvée is a company dedicated to creating an elevated collection of ultra-luxury private villas and chalets. The Luxury Property Expansion Manager will be responsible for growing the number of luxury homes within the Cuvée portfolio, focusing on market research, networking, and managing the onboarding process of new properties.

Responsibilities

Market research, leveraging the local Cuvée DM team, networking and direct outreach to property owners

The LPEM will search to identify the best-of-the-best properties that are owned by like-minded individuals who share Cuvée’s standards for quality of home and level of guest service

Work directly with the Destination Owner within the Cuvée organization to leverage their relationships and knowledge of the destination

The LPEM will educate the property owner on the benefits of working with Cuvée for property and rental management services

Manage the entire process from identifying properties, achieving buy-in from property owner, finalizing the homeowner agreement, determining rental rate pricing, develop and manage process of on-boarding the new properties with the local DM team, marketing of new property (photos/video/websites) and educating the sales team and other channels

LPEM will ensure we only represent the top 5% of properties in the most desired destinations around the world
