Responsibilities

Lead a team of software developers working across iOS and/or Android applications
Serve as the main interconnect between Product Management, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and the application developers
Drive technical decisions around frameworks, libraries, and mobile development best practices
Manage release cycles and versioning, code reviews, documentation, testing, and continuous integration workflows
Define and track development metrics related to performance, stability, and feature delivery

Required

7+ years of experience in mobile app development, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Experience in cross-platform development

Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent leadership, with a focus on team member success
Flexible and adaptable; comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and moving targets
