Responsibilities

Manage training and registration process for internal/external participants
Provide course materials, location, travel, and access details
Coordinate with vendors to schedule engineers for external training
Maintain up-to-date online training information
Create and send invoices/quotes
Distribute certificates and surveys; store course documents digitally
Track and report data to support KPIs and metrics
Share course schedules and registration info with customers and internal teams
Welcome participants and issue guest badges
Prepare training space with necessary materials and equipment
Provide instructors with course documents
Arrange meals and refreshments during sessions
Greet guests and team members at the front desk
Serve as backup for the Hospitality team when needed

Required

Strong organizational and time management skills

1-2 years of administrative or training/event coordination experience

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Training or event planning certifications are a plus
