Responsibilities
Develop, create, and maintain work instructions, task lists, and re‑work/repair guides for non‑conformance processing
Identify production risks, devise mitigation plans, and lead validation activities for new manufacturing lines
Drive cost‑reduction initiatives from concept through closure while ensuring schedule, quality, and safety targets are met
Support testing, hardware, and tooling issues; collaborate with shop‑floor personnel, management, and program leads
Champion continuous‑improvement and lean practices to reduce waste, enhance affordability, and improve overall efficiency
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance
Preferred
Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing, and presentations
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration, and developing enduring business relationships
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex
Experience manufacturing PWB/PCBs to IPC and J-STD specifications
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in MPM Link process changes
Experience with SAP production control system and Windchill
Ability to learn new and complex processes
