Prepares and files petitions and visa applications
Compiles and analyzes case facts
Drafts correspondence
Maintains and organizes client documentation
Communicates directly with multiple attorneys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
Strong writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently toward team goals
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
