Senior Client Partner, Private Equity

They are seeking a senior-level Client Partner to drive growth within their Private Equity vertical, managing a portfolio of top-tier Private Equity firms and delivering customized consulting solutions.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders at Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies, understanding their unique investment theses, value creation plans, and operational priorities
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including Deal Partners, Operating Partners, and C-level executives across functions such as Strategy, Operations, Technology, and Procurement
Build tailored consulting and expert talent solutions that address the most pressing challenges facing PE clients and portcos — from diligence to post-acquisition transformation
Lead all phases of the engagement, from proactive opportunity identification and consultative selling to negotiation, onboarding, and expansion
Collaborate closely with Catalant’s expert network and internal teams to ensure clients receive best-in-class talent, thought partnership, and outcomes
Develop and execute account plans that align Catalant’s capabilities with client priorities and evolve over time to drive growth and retention
Monitor ongoing engagements, ensure satisfaction, and uncover opportunities for additional value through project extensions and adjacent use cases
Qualification
Required
15+ years in consulting, enterprise client management, or professional services, with at least 3+ years in a sales or business development role
Demonstrated success selling into or advising Private Equity firms and portfolio companies. You understand the deal lifecycle, the speed of execution, and the strategic mindset required
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, (but especially senior leadership) with a consultative, value-first approach
You've built and managed a multi-million-dollar book of business, with a track record of growing strategic accounts and closing complex deals
Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence, able to craft and deliver compelling narratives in person, virtually, and in writing
Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You're self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about helping clients succeed
