Responsibilities

Develop analytics capabilities across properties, functional areas, and key stakeholder groups
Analyze slot Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to drive operational success
Partner with IT and Business Intelligence teams to enhance database management tools and data collection processes
Maintain database architecture and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows
Create and present dashboards and reports that highlight actionable business insights
Perform data quality checks, due diligence testing, and reporting using industry-standard analytics tools
Support ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as requested by leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field required
1+ year of prior relevant experience
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a knack for solving complex problems
Skilled in statistical reporting and data visualization
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL and Power BI preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn across multiple functional areas
Collaborative and comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
