Responsibilities
Identify and Qualify candidates aligned to client positions
Manage the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement
Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and company cultures
Draft and post job descriptions and conduct candidate outreach through professional networking channels
Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity within our applicant tracking system
Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to ensure excellent service to both candidates and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or equivalent experience
0-3 years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, or another people-focused environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Driven, curious, and eager to learn within a team-oriented environment
