Responsibilities

Define, document and implement custom test systems, with attention to details
Collaborate with design, verification and operation teams through the complete product cycles
Provide quality assessments and regular updates to facilitate decision making
Lead proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging tools and technologies in test engineering
Contribute to core IP development

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience in the engineering field
Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: lasers, LEDs, optics, photodiodes, or camera sensors
Experience with one or more of the following optical metrology equipment: power meters, optical spectrum analyzers, spectrometers, oscilloscope or cameras

Preferred

M.S. or Ph.D. in Materials, Physics, Mechanical, Computer or Electrical Engineering
10+ years
Experience with wafer industries or other high volume mass production facilities
Experience with one or more of the following test hardware: wafer-level handler, probe cards, ATE (Automated Test Equipment), or motorized stages
Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally with teammates and partners
Proficiency in verbal and written communication
Critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
Ability to self-motivate, adapt, and innovate
